In short: this website sets no tracking cookies, counts visits anonymously and does not store your form data. Here is what happens in detail.
Controller
Cillerian eSport, Ressnigweg 2, 9170 Ferlach, Austria (ZVR 1252299294), represented by the chair Pascal Oraze. Contact: admin@cillerian.org, +43 664 1803613.
Server log files
When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short time.
Visitor statistics without cookies
We count page views with Koko Analytics, a statistics tool running locally on our server. No cookies are set, no IP addresses are stored and no data is passed to third parties; the count is anonymous. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring reach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Join form
When you submit the form under “Join us”, your name/nickname, email address, desired role, Discord tag and message are sent by email to admin@cillerian.org. The data is not stored on the website and is used solely to process your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the email once your request is complete, at the latest after twelve months.
Fonts and media
Fonts and images are served from our own server; no content from Google, Meta or other third parties is embedded. Links to external platforms (Instagram, X, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, xoose.de, organiser websites) lead to their sites – their privacy policies apply there.
Language
The website is available in German and English. The chosen language is part of the address (/en/); no cookie is set for it.
Event photos
At conventions and at the Cillerian LAN we take photos that we show in the event galleries. If you appear in a photo and would rather not, email admin@cillerian.org – we will remove it right away.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Just contact us at admin@cillerian.org. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at, +43 1 52 152-0.
